Lagocephalus suezensis from Red Sea
Lagocephalus sceleratus has regularly shaped almost circular dark brown dots on a uniformly light brown coloured background

This is probably a silverstripe blaasop (Lagocephalus sceleratus), a Lessepsian migrant. In Turkish it is called "balon balýðý" (baloon fish) or "kurbaða balýðý" (frog fish).

Yes it is from red sea,a relative to baloon fish.
