This photo was taken on the way to Mount Cook National Park. I can't remember the name of this lake, but the color was amazing. Our driver explained that the color was because of minerals from the glaciers.
He also told us that only three percent of people who visit Mount Cook get to see it.
It is usually shrouded in clouds. We were blessed with a clear, gorgeous day.
One more day in the New Zealand photos and I get to start on my images of Australia. I can hardly wait!
