Yay dopey here remembered his point and shoot today and it was loaded!
Had my last trail ride before the weekend and the Dusk til Dawn race, 12 hours of night riding as part of a team of 4, for most this would be easy but my recent periods off the bike have left me with a few problems with imbalances in my thigh muscles wich i fear may need physio help to rectify or at last manage so i can correct the problem myself, if no change by the end of the month then ill give them a call untill then a ride in pain is better than no ride at all, at least the bike is running well, needs some tlc before the race but is riding real well and the new disc's are awesome load of power and control.
