Welcome, it's Graphics Challenge #101! This week's challenge theme Looking Out The Window,
was suggested by Ellen (Rostel). The idea is to create a window with a view out of the window, and
while you're at it, dress up the window itelf. The view is up to you so have fun with it!

This is a picture of our dog, Lizzie, looking out the window at a rabbit. I used Adobe Photoshop
Elements 4 to make this image. Used various Filters (equalize, posterize, palate knife, dry brush,
cut out, palate knife), as well as the smudge tool, various blending modes, opacities and enhancements.
