I think this is a great shot and I agree with you it really does look like film strips, I wonder if the architect had that in mind when he designed the building? Nicely spotted by you Marc.

As I love uncommon things, this building and the picture are just for My taste. Dots and clouds really help to make it even more interesting.

Simply superb.
French architects seem to have unique talent for designing buildings that provoke reaction, or pehaps the planning authorities are less conservative. In other countrys the large windows would have been made to line up and the clading plain brick (at least in England it usually is)
