Started in 1882 by Antonio Gaudi a famous Spanish Architect. This view is from high up in one of the towers looking through one of the openings over the roof construction below.


The building is anticipated to be completed by 2032, the 100th anniversary
of the architect's death. The construction work calls for many pieces of stone to be machined to unique shapes, each being subtly different from the next, and these pieces are now being machined accurately off-site, reducing the overall construction time.
