Meet my new DSLR Cam! Canon 40D! Woohoo, got this in the mail tonight right b4 I got off of work!!!
So stoked!!! I had ordered it on September 2, and got it 5 days later!!! Thanks V for hooking me
up with Amazon Prime! I think that was the diff!!! Cuz a lot of ppl were still bitching about how
they didn't get their shipment yet and they ordered b4 me!

Of course this cost me a pretty penny, but I'm so over-due for an upgrade and I'll be giving the
Digital Rebel and the newly acquired 28-135 IS USM to my bro, as he told me he would help me fund my
new cam! I haven't been able to take it out in action and see some test yet, that should be soon tho!

Now this thing feels real solid and I love the 3 inch LCD! And love how I can review all my image so
fast, sweet! I'm still learning this cam, such as the focus system, and the Live View preview, and
so much more I don't know about yet! Still haven't tried the burst mode yet, the metering mode...so
much fun stuff to learn!!!

What else have I been up to? Been good about keeping up with the gym and doing my workout with V.
Waking up at 6am during the weekdays to head to Bally's. But I do tons of stretches b4 my workout
tho, hopefully that helps. So it's stretches for about 5 mins, cardio for about 20 mins, then onto
the bench and other upper body workouts! I don't see results yet, so I guess I need to keep at it.

Also been continuing with learning Mandarin, Dad was teaching me with this text book that was
equivalent to 6th grade Chinese, and boy, was it hard already! That's only 6th grade and I was
seriously struggling! Need to keep at it too! But I did finish watching the "Return of
Condor Hero" on DVD, all 41 episodes in Mandarin, hoping to learn a few here and there!!!
Great story btw!!! Love it!!! Now I need to watch the rest of the three parts!!!
Just started watching Prison Break Season 2, so it's getting interesting already!

Got a couple of events I want to go to the next couple of weeks! Should have more pics real soon,
esp with my new Cam! Just need to learn it by then!!! Hot Import Nights is coming up!!!
