Generally, bill length isn't a good mark for distinguishing Short-billed from Long-billed Dowitcher, despite their names. This one does look very short -- I'm not sure whether short enough to support an ID. It's another one where I have a note about hearing an SB call, but it might just have been in the vicinity.
