Looking up along the ridge to the trail crosses over just above the craig shown, and a side trail continues up the ridge "a long mile" to the site of the former lookout(hidden by the ridge itself).

After crossing the ridge and found it completely clouded in I turned back and camped in my hammock here, the second ntie I camped at the site of the former lookout.
