This Krakow police officer on foot patrol is having a conversation with a cyclist. The paddle with the red reflector center is known throughout the countries in the region as a police officer’s stop sign. Once he holds it up, all traffic must stop. Failure to stop results in a significant fine. The officer apparently has no fear of the cyclist as he has turned his back to him.
