This woman approached the police car as it was slowly driving past on a crowded street in the North End Italian American neighborhood in Boston. She put her hand on the closed side window to get the officer’s attention. The officer rolled down the window and a conversation that took some time ensued. Notice that the woman continues to use her hands to gesture while speaking.
