Big Pond v.2

Shot with a modified EOS-D30, this image is a combination of four images (all from the oringinal using HDR): 1) Unedited infrared 2) inverse (negative) of infrared, 3) B&W conversion of infrared, and 4) color balanced and channel mixed version of infrared.

Wow!, the sky is fantastic and the vegitation on the right has a metallic look. I love these infra-red images!

CJ - I know what you mean about that color. There was something about the reflection of that cloud that did it after all my messin' with it. Seems weird, but ... come to think of it, the whole thing is weird, tho. LOL Anyway, I didn't want y'all to get to freaked-out by this image, so kinda mellowed it (changed the color) out. This is certainly wild Mikey! I like it except for the golden stuff in the lower left which seems a little distracting to the overall image. Can you "heal that part or change the color? Just a thought! ;-) CJ
