A new bird for my lifetime bird list. This is a first for me in both listings and images. This little guy was all by himself up at Oyster Bay.
Fantastic to watch him as the sea looked empty and suddenly wave after wave of tiny fish were leaping out of the water and then up he came. He would swim around a few moments and then he would just lean forward slightly open his wings and dive, truly at wonderful sight we watched him for about half an hour before he wandered far out into the ocean.
