I had the privilege to devote my leadership and education skills as Director of WECL College of Languages and Director of Teaching Affairs in September 2000. With a staff of all-Canadian teachers and four office secretaries, I administered the English program to mature students who wanted to improve their English language skills and readiness to eventually work for a western company. I realized that administration was not my bag and refused to continue teaching in Beijing. I went back to the classroom, my comfort and joy, at the Second Foreign Language University , at the China Agriculture University in Beijing until June 2005. What an enriching experience!
