The reverse crossing was fast and uneventful. We were back at the saddle in just over an hour. By then the skies were fully gray. We ran into the PA team again and had a short talk with them. They were going to take a shortcut down one of the chutes directly from the saddle. We knew that one of them had some class four climbing on it. Not having a rope, and not knowing the route, we elected to take the safe "slower" route down the way we came up.
