Ok. I'll try again now that I've seen it can be done. Every plane I've been on needed more than Windex to allow a shot as fine as this. Excellant composition. Dale

Denise: 100 pics in 50 odd mins...you are a nut in the nicest possible way...one pic every 30 secs, no time to eat the peanuts. Nice shot and the clarity is striking! John

Wow, that is really clear and I love the inclusion of part of the plane in the composition!

I usually don't care much for airplane shots, but this one is outstanding! Nicely seen and captured, Denise. Helen

I like all three of your entries Denise but this one is my favorite. What a fabulous shot and just perfect for the challenge!

Thanks, everyone!!! How did I get such a clear shot??? Well......I took over 100 pics on this 56 minute hop!! The lighting was perfect for this image. I shoot out of the window behind me most of the time. It seems to help reduce the glare, scratches and dirt. There were plenty of all of them. Before 9/11, I would travel with Windex and paper towels!!

Denise... how do you get such sharp, clear photos through the plane window? Nice!

Denise, I share your passion for images out of plane windows. But I have never produced so nice and clear shots! Thanks for this entry.

Awesome photo! What a thrill as I've never been on a plane before, except when I was 6 monhs old - so I suppose that counts. As a note, I was born in Oakland. I really like this photo.
