The only was is up

We arrived in Marrakech, sweaty and tired, to find that the rooms in our supposedly “luxury hotel”
were over 40 degrees centigrade at 8.00pm in the evening with no means of cooling them.
We checked straight out and found another Riad Hotel with lovely air-conditioning.

The local rep was not best pleased when he turned up at the original hotel and found us all AWOL : )
but he certainly got an earful from us.
