在拱北行到夜晚，去了黑沙環的新益美食。
第一道菜係這碟『左麟右李省港澳齊撈起』 (薑蔥魚皮豬肚及海蜇)，龍仔及松哥先把『省港澳』先撈均，食起上黎先至好味。
魚皮爽脆海蜇新鮮，在香港根本吃不到。
