I was driving around when I noticed the sun had become a white disk in the sky. I immediately went to a bridge over the interstate since I knew no trees would be in the way. The glare was terrific as I aimed the camera directly into the sun. Later, I saw the power lines when I brought the picture up on my computer. The lines seem to be holding the sun up so that it doesn't roll down the highway like a giant marble.
