We had an unfortunate event yesterday when a group of hikers got caught in a flash flood in the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area.
Most of the group survived the incident,but there was one fatality and another person still missing. This helicopter crew had landed
in a spot we usually visit and then took off, presumably to conduct more of the search and rescue mission.
