Diagonally across from the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Old Quebec is a building with a large statue of Bishop Laval, who founded the Cathedral. A statue of him sits on the stone pedestal to the upper right of this picture and on either side are a garden of colorful flowers. This is one side of the base of the statue.

Unfortunately I don't have a good picture of the statue itself so that's why it's not in this gallery.
