July 2007

definitely not there most of the time. Now you see her now you don't is her game. I took this shot and the next shot she was gone.
She's perched on a few of my Cat Who mysteries. I love those books and read them often. I became interested in the cat who mysteries, not so much for the story lines, but because the author was a Michigan resident that lived in Caseville. I went to Caseville and collected several Pawtographed copies. I also saw a lot of places she describes in her books though she places them in Minnesota (with a town called Pickax)LOL Please. Lilian Jackson Braun was born in 1916, but she still has books coming out every year. Her latest is The Cat who had 60 Whiskers. She now lives in North Carolina.

Nice shot, cat and name, too. Coco fits. I've been up to Bad Axe. I think that's where Braun got the name, isn't it?
