I had hoped to get some nice detail shots of Proxy Falls, but the day was much too sunny. In addition, there was so much mist wafting through the valley that I gave up trying to get close to the waterfall. Obviously it was great to get another chance to see the wonderful Proxy Falls, but shooting was pretty much out of the question. I just shot a few reference shots through the mist. This was a crop from one of those. Actually, I was fairly happy with this. But some day I'm going to have to show up on an overcast day later in the year.
