This is good Traveller, it seems better balanced and without directly comparing the earliest version, it is difficult to detect exactly what you have done.... That is good and very skillful and obviously time-consuming!

You have good detail in all of the levels across the composition ~ Regards Melbob

I have a preference to this version, Trav. The statement is so much more powerful, but that is me only. Thanks again. Sam Attal

Thanks, Sam, here is an attempt at De-Sat. I also tried to make the water portion less offensively gunky....lol...To make something ugly actually pretty, is a task to be sure. Best Wishes, Traveller

Trav, do be embarrassed please. This is a very powerful image. I was just thinking of experimentation for the fun of it and to explore boundaries, which is what this exercise is about IMHO. By the way, I did watch the movie clip and read the discussion that you posted a link to in your exhibition entry. I am still trying to digest it, if I ever could. Thanks a bunch. Sam Attal

I am embarrassed to say Sam, but I tried last night, I tried hard....but my command of Layers is still not sufficient...to complete this fairly complex task, (lots of pieces to keep colored). I will need to pull out my PS book...which will be a good thing. Best Wishes, Traveller

Traveller, I would love to see a desaturated or semi-desaturated version. I love it. Sam Attal.

I like the combination of the water and drain with the trash - and how the drain is clogging up with the crap. It not only provides a nice comibination of textures and lines, but makes a statement about the connection of things and how we impact it. It totally grosses me out when I see somebody pick up a cig butt - hopefully this one is beyond use. lol Cindy

No Problemo! You just stick them in the oven wet, and in the morning they are fine...Brown, but fine nonetheless.

I think that I would make a good homeless person...lol

No need to do more- I for one think you're done. If it was gross you were going for, you achieved it my friend.
