The colour in the water is fantastic, my only crticism (hopefully constructive) is that the reflection of the sun in the water is cut off by the walkway in the lower left hand corner. I find that a little distracting... But, again, GREAT colour!
Do you have Photoshop or some other such photo manipulation software? What about increasing the contrast a bit, and perhaps jacking up the colour saturation? I am wondering if a polarising filter on your lens might have "warmed" the overall effect, too.

Shooting straight into the sun is often discouraged. But for me, it's FUN! This is my favourite of your "into the sun" shots
