"Just hanging out in Petesie's garden"

I'm seeing a few butterflies even though the Purple Martins are still here.
The martins are getting ready to fly to Florida,
and then on to Brazil. They usually leave around the middle of July.
I will miss their beautiful song, but I have found I have more butterflies when they are gone.
I have two houses with 24 apartments....most of them full.
