When it comes to black and white images -- particularly
of people, I much prefer this subtle sepia toning because
I otherwise find neutral black and white to be too "cool"
in color, where as this subtle touch of toning not only
slightly warms the image, but also (at least to my eye)
gives it a slight be more visual "punch". So yeah, I like
the stuble toning here very much (and my suggest almost
employing it all the time to B&W images).
