Standard Home Depot chocolate brown. I paint everything that's white to seal it, then when it's time for dirt, I put on a nice heavy coat and sprinkle the dirt right on the wet paint. If you try to do it in one coat, it won't work, since a lot of the paint's moisture gets absorbed by the plaster.
