This circular temple or "tholos" is the most impressive and interesting building in the Lower Sanctuary. It was built at the beginning of the 4th c. BC, with an external Doric colonnade, and an interior circular cella with Corinthian columns. Its function is not clearly understood. An artist is rendering her sketch of the beautiful structure.
