...and yet even with that posted you'd be amazed how many folks do crazy stuff. Had a local Carrollton cop that zoomed past us on a flooded road (nearest the curb even throwing a wake and splash onto everyone) yesterday. Clearly some folks just didn't get that heaping helping of common sense. Darwin at work.
