Two Roanoke Icons

The man and the business.

Ever since I was a child this man has been in this window working. He never meets a stranger he never shows the world if he is having a bad day. HE is the hot dog king! They both are Roanoke Icons!

Now Roanoke's art community leaders, who just happen to run the building this icon is roofed under, have decided they need him to move away so they can make room to expand on the UNVISITED Mill Mountain Theatre, Art and History and Science museums. Oh wait I forgot we need room for Opera Roanoke and Roanoke Ballet, cause those are huge draws to downtown.

Wake up idiots, people come downtown for one of the following reasons. To work, lunch at the market square, farmers market, Texas Tavern and the Roanoke Weiner Stand.

Thanks for hurting all of downtown and all of Roanoke cause you couldn't turn a profit with your "arts"!

UPDATE: Nope they are not going to kick him out, just move him 25 feet west. Let's see 25 feet west is in the middle of the current hallway, not on this corner! Why people, why!
