Hey Monte - this is really cool - I got my license in 1974 also and this was my second car. Mine was nowhere near as clean as your dad's and had a 429 CJ. Cost me $1000 in 1975. I was beside myself with excitement when I got it. Also had a 68.

Your Right! ( Mom And Dad's Car!!!) Sorry............ ( Well hey, I took my drivers test in it, Feb. 1974,,,, and the guy flunked me twice caz he thought I was goings to be a hotrodder. I had the same examiner as my mom did. This guy with a " Hook" on his hand.

What do you mean ..."Dad's car" ??? I drove MY car for 14 years (and I did keep it in pretty nice shape, huh?? Nah, now it's Dad's car since he is the one that keeps it in shape. Drove it when I worked at school 23 years ago and drove it there when I retired 3 years ago. Kids love it.
