Noise is now becoming noticeable. It is what one has to expect with a camera with a small sensor. It if troubles you now and you want to use ISO 400 and above often, then get a DSLR and put up with the sheer awkwardness of using it. You might be trading noise for poor framing and forever fiddling around changing lenses though. An answser, if you don't want a DSLR, is to bring more light to the image with a reflector perhaps.
