Southgate Office Plaza on Lind Avenue Southwest consists of two buildings. This is Southgate 2, the younger of the two. In the 1990s, when it was at least partially occupied by Boeing employees, it was affectionately called the "Zip-Loc Building" after the green and yellow stripes whose design is reminiscent of the closure ribs of many self-sealing plastic bags. Ironically, the colors match those of bags carrying the "Glad" brand name. Maybe "Zip-Loc" sounded better.
I attended a meeting there once.
