Every Wednesday I can go to the local stock yard and buy fresh double yolk eggs.
He sits in the truck...and no one has ever seen his pipe lit.
His sweet son takes care of the business end of the dealings but I always walk around and say "Hi"
Today he touched me on the cheek twice and the conversation went like this:

HIM: "I've been coming down here since the 80's but I've got the arthritis now...that's why I hafta use the crutches cuz my legs don't wanna work no more...
I don't know what I'm going to do..."
ME: "Well..that Boy of yours is doing a good job around back..."
HIM: "Yea...he does good but he works at the airplane makin' factory most of the time...you sure are purty"
(pats me on the cheek with a toothless grin)
ME: "Thank You....I'm glad you're here...you make me smile"
HIM: "I had a birthday on the 14th...was that last Monday?"
ME: "Yea...it was...9 days ago"
HIM: (whispering) "I turned 94!"
ME: "Really?! I thought you were in your 70's!"
HIM: (insert another cheek patting here) "Your S000 purty! Bless Your Heart!"
ME: (laughing) "...and you're Beautiful! Can I take Your Picture?!"
HIM: "Well Shore"
....and then he poses....
I told his son...."He's Wonderful!"
He said "I'm surprised he didn't try to crawl out of the truck to hug you"
I said "He gave me 2 pats on the cheek and a picture...."
