Concrete Jungle Gym*

Growing up we used to call playgrounds "jungle gyms". I'm not sure if it's a localized phrase or not.

I would think this shot viewed as a typical "level" photo would not have much of a dramatic impact on the viewer, but this take on angles is impressive. That's what photography is all about.

Yep, 'jungle gym' was a common term for these playgrounds in my neck of the woods as well. Really nice capture, I'm liking the angled upward view and the overcast-looking weather (or is that from the selective color treatment?). The image really reminds me of, as a kid, thinking that these playgrounds really don't fit in with the sometimes bleak sorroundings... depending on the type of day it was of course ;)
