While in the back marsh waters of the Wheeler Refuge looking for a 12 foot bull alligator, ran across this pair of Wood Ducks moving about 100 yards on the other side. This photo and the next photo are almost identical with the exception that I tried to focus on the female in this shot and the male in the other shop. Still no sign of any Wood Duck chicks in these areas.
