taken in three layers,

One photo,
One photo of clouds, blended the two then finally...
the frame.

Converted to duo-tone, then dodged and burned.
Tweaked the levels,
Added a fairly shallow S curve.

Canon EOS 350D ,Canon 50mm f/1.8
1/125s f/1.8 at 50.0mm iso800 full exif
