Hwy 13 between Hwy 2 and Cherryville Rd, Bayfield County

I first thought this was a Greater White-fronted x Snow Goose hybrid but a well-known Wisconsin birder recently suggested a first-cycle "Blue" Snow Goose. I've since done some internet research and think he's probably right. What do you think?
