Man has made some amazing roads to get from one place to another. We saw our share in the mountains of Northern Pakistan. This road, coming off the Babu Sar Pass is jeepable. Before the opening of the Karakoram Highway in 1978 it was the only road from Rawalpindi to Gilgit.
