There is so much I love about riding a bicycle.... the sun and breeze on my skin, the pavement zooming beneath me in a blur, the sounds and smells of nature, and the sheer joy that comes from moving through the air so swiftly that tears are ripped from my eyes and flung alongside my face, finally disappearing beneath my helmet... leaving only a salty residue as evidence of their passage.
