A Small Ridge

I made an adjustment layer of +8 contrast after Kees' suggestion. The final result is now shown. Thanks Kees.

Stunning. This is the most perfect tonal gradation you can possibly wish for. It may be described as just a small ridge but the world has been immortalized. The blossom will fall, the grasses will go darker, the light will change and you will never be able to get the same shot again. You have captured the moment and presented it in a way that makes me wish that I was there. Beautiful.

I like the superposed natural layers. The leaning tree is also breaking the vertical pattern. Nice image.

Beautiful in b/w. Looks like a painting. :)
