Wow, great shot, so much rain. Great composition, and perfect shutter speed to make the rain look just right

Nicely done, bottles!!!! I love the look of the rippling flood and the slant of the rain. The grist mill is a beautiful background for your artistic endeavors!!!!

Thanks Lora, you know sometimes it's just hard to come up with a good entry that conforms well to the theme of the challenge. This has been one of those times :-) Thanks for your encouragement, I really appreciate it.

I'm glad you decided to put this back in. It's a winner!

Thanks Katherine for commenting and I'm glad you like the effect. The folks at Norris Dam State Park would shoot me if they knew I flooded their grist mill :-) Indeed both the rain and resulting flood were done in Photoshop (both on separate layers above the main image). The flood was a creation of Flaming Pear's "Flood" plugin, one of the few plugins I ever bought. The entire project was really fast and fun!

Beautiful old mill and I love the look of the rain and flooding! How much is photoshopped? The flooding in the bottom of the picture looks like it's from a flood filter - I like the rippling. Is the rain also photoshopped?
