11 Apr... Through rose tinted glass..

Suffering from a frozen shoulder (apparently quite common in "women of my age" whatever that means... hmmph!!!). Been to the osteopath tonight and she prescribed a large glass of wine to compensate for the pain of some particularly "robust" treatment ! So who am I to avoid her advice ?
