I think I might like this one best b/c of the extra sharpnesss, though the handheld version is amazingly sharp for 1/20 sec. handheld (does your sensor have/did you use its "anti-shake function" or did you just forget how to breath during the shot ;-)? LOL
Bokeh is very nice/interesting on both shots. On the portraits I noticed a little bit of stair-tepping/aliasing on a diagonal on the man's eye glass frames, otherwise very sharp and natural color/dimensionality, though I can still detect the specular highlight blow out on his forehead despite the controlled lighting conditions - what can I say, though this is quite an excellent set-up for controlled portraits I still prefer film for its extra/continuous tonal range from shadows right on up through the specular highlights in any situation/lighting (controlled or not, indoor or outdoor) - just a personal preference of mine and Like I said on the phone in so many words, I'd shoot color Daugeurrotypes (pardon my French spelling) if I could. Sigma is excellent but do I hear Ektar (or Kodachrome) 25, anybody!?! :-)

Regards,

Lewis
