I combined some lessons for this photo. In the brush class I am taking from Karen, the first section is on the mixer palette and then pastels. I use the mixer palette on most of my painting. So used it with this photo that was a challenge from the forum but I only used it as reference and chose colors from the color palette and filled in with the Square Hard Pastel 40 variant and used Sq. hard pastel 10 for some detail work. Blended with Grainy blender 30. Used selection lasso tool to select eggs and apply effects.surface texture.apply surface texture with different paper textures to different eggs. I never painted in pastels so no sure I have the right finished look to my painting.
