Nice face expression :-)

Debbi - I went perusing the "Usual Suspects" gallery to see if I could find you there. I figured that might be a big clue to the photographer. Alas, I didn't find you there. - Pops

First I had to clean out the fridge LOL, then I put the camera (set to timer) in the far corner (with an ST-E2 on it). I put a 580ex flash in the opposite corner of fridge pointing at my face (yes, that's me, no one else would pose like this). I tried many variations with the flash and, I think, this came out the best.
Thanks for the comments,
Debbi

This has always been good...how exactly did you set up the camera in the fridge and fire the shot? Best Wishes, T

LOL, I understand the feeling...
But none of the green stuff (the used to be kind) is ever "fascinating" (F of the UFO) to me.... :) And I did think she doesn't have the reaction of fascination on her face. But she does had "What the hec* written all over her face :)"

Sorry to confuse you cat...I was trying to portray a UFO that was lurking in my refrigeraotr. Haven't you ever cleaned out a fridge and wondered what that green stuff used to be?

Victor guessd it the very first day...what a bummer!!!! It's a piece of tripe from a Mexican soup called Menudo...which I really love, by the way.

Clever and well-done. Don't know what the food-thingy is, and don't know if I want to :). --Melanie

This has been confusing to me in the begining and almost a week later, it is still confusin....
BTW I don't see any response from the Mr/Ms X, validating or invalidating the guesses. So after all this comments I still don't know what it is and who it is...
Pretty neat take on Nico's entry... is it Nico's by any chance?

btw, whatever it is, I hope it goes well with Hot Peppers! LOL

Love this photo... it's well done, funny, and a unique twist on the challenge theme. Of course, I have no idea what the heck she's discovered there in the fridge, and I'm not sure I want to know! LOL
GREAT job!

Looks like tripe, in which case the facial expression makes perfect sense. -Doctah

Very funny and so well done! That soggy mass looks destined for the disposer though! CJ

So, I wonder, is the lone bottle of peppers a significant clue. And are they "Trappey's Hot Peppers" or "Crappey's Hot Peppers?" The later suggestion being much much funnier.

And the extension of the pinkie, just to convey a bit of sophistication and polish, is a wonderful touch.

Generally I don't like partial desats as I think they're overdone, not well done and cliche. But I may make an exception in this case.

This is super! I especially love the reflection. ~ Lonnit

Love the expression.. High Anxiety in the refrigerator :) It looks like the waffles they used to sell on the Norwegian Railroads btw. Judging by the taste, they contained a not small amount of rubber and pesticides, and could probably stay "fresh" for half a year. Yes.. I think it must be one of those. Which also would explain the very surprised look on the womans face - they haven't retailed for a decade. It even seems to have grown a little wing...the waffle, that is. God bless evolution.

I think it's a half eaten and soggy waffle...best left alone. lol Best Wishes, Traveller

Oh stunning! The expression is marvellous - much better than what I/we produced! But about what is in her hand, I have no idea at all. It does not look exceedingly tasty though. :-) Compliments and regards jnconradie

She's not eating anything. She's looking at something -- tripe? -- Victor
