A shadow of the past.

Viewed from The Repentance Tower,Hoddom,Dumfriesshire,Scotland

Chapelcross Atomic power station came into service in 1955.It was originally supposed to be de-commissioned in 1959,but soldiered on producing electricity into the 21st century.Now,de-commissioned,this landmark, awaits demolition.
