Death Valley Permit

This is the sticker permit we got after we paid $10 per motorcycle. They said the money will go to maintain the park but I rather like the money go to the educational fund of whoever designed the sticker: it said "VISTOR PERMIT" (anybody knows what VISTOR is?) It's a shame as Death Valley National Park has International visitors.
