I took Teddy downtown for a walk today and was pleased to see the tulips stretching up bright and fresh green out of the ground in the evening sunshine. In October 2006, I had been walking with Leo and noticed a lady planting the bulbs, stopped and chatted to her, telling her about my Snow Capped Tulips photo and a man passing by stopped to stroke Leo, telling me that he had sadly just lost his own golden retriever, and had seen this Goldendoodle puppy that was really cute, in a petstore. That puppy became my Teddy ;)
